How to Track Your Order
- Check your email — After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
- Visit the carrier website — Use the tracking number provided to track your package on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL).
- Need help? — If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 10 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team.
Shipping Times
Products are made to order. Please allow 5–9 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) for production, quality checks, and dispatch. After dispatch, standard delivery to US addresses typically takes 3–5 business days. Total estimated time from order to delivery is approximately 8–14 business days. We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
